Wedding contract

     A non-refundable Deposit of half of what ever package you are purchasing is to be made with in three months before set wedding date. This will guarantee your date and your package purchase price. The remainder is to be paid with-in 2 weeks before the date set. If the remainder is not paid for before the wedding Phelps Photography will not show up for the wedding. If for any reason the wedding date has been changed and Phelps Photography is not booked on the new date a $50.00 charge will be added to your deposit and new arrangements will be made, if Phelps Photography is booked for your new date chosen or if for some reason the wedding has been canceled the deposit of half is not refundable. Hours are set with your package, anytime over the hours paid for is $50.00 for every 30 minutes. If  for example we are scheduled to start pictures before the wedding and Phelps Photography waits 30 minutes before we start pictures, that is your choice but you will only receive the hours you paid for, so that 30 minutes will be taken off of the reception or you may choose to pay the overage charge of $50.00 for every 30 minutes, but you must make arrangements with the photographer before the set time expires.  Picture Proofs are also set with the package you order, the number of pictures with the package are the minimum amount of pictures you will receive, it is also the discrepancy of Phelps Photography to choose and decide which pictures will go into your portfolio, note: Phelps Photography will let NO good picture go un-seen! Even if that means you receive more than what you paid for! If you receive less than what you paid for, a refund of  $5.00 will be paid back to you for every proof you are short, for example if you order the basic package which offers 50 proofs and you only receive 40 you will receive $50.00 back from Phelps Photography when you receive your portfolio. You will also receive a check list of standard pictures that will be taken at your wedding and reception, you may add whatever you would like to this list, it is your responsibility to give it back to Phelps Photography, when you pay the remainder of your deposit, it is necessary that we have this list before your wedding day. Also Phelps Photography discourages other photographs to be taken, while we are taking ours, this is a time consuming disruption, and usually results in the wedding party looking at the wrong camera. Thus it is the Bride and Grooms responsibility to alert family and friends of this, you are paying for our time, and this could result in you losing valuable time, if it becomes to disrupting for the photographer, the photographer will stop taking pictures and wait for your family and friends to finish their  pictures, again taking time that you have paid for! Snap shots and candid shots are encouraged, but not during the portrait session with the Bride, Groom and wedding party! Please allow 90 days to receive your proof portfolio, we want to insure that every proof is perfect for you, and this takes time. You may take up to 90 days from the date you receive your portfolio to order any portraits you would like, after 90 days there will be a $75 surcharge added. All portrait orders are to be paid in full before Phelps Photography will order them. All proofs are copy righted  by Phelps Photography and copying of any proofs may result in a fine and or imprisonment. The signing of this contract is binding and gives Phelps Photography all rights to use your pictures for any advertising unless otherwise stated in writing.
