Contract

Ÿ        Package fees are to be paid in full before photo session begins.

Ÿ        Any time over the time limit is $25.00 each additional 1/2 hour.

Ÿ         Any mileage over 20 miles is an additional $0.50 per mile.

  The portfolio, which is yours to keep, will be ready with-in 30

  days of the date portraits are taken. You then have 30 days to place

  your order, after 30 days your pictures will be put onto a disk and there

  will be a $35.00 re-installment fee!

          Please allow 30 days from the date ordered, for pictures to come in.

          Prices for pictures are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

   The signing of this   contract gives Phelps Photography all rights to  use

   any of your    pictures for any advertising, unless otherwise agreed upon.

All pictures are protected under the copy write laws and any copying of my pictures

 could result in a fine and or imprisonment!
